Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations or customer-facing project management initiatives.
• Strong understanding of project management principles including scope, schedule, and risk management.
• Experience in Service Supply Chain or Enterprise Software implementations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent enterprise SaaS implementation projects from kickoff through stabilization.
• Serve as the primary project management contact for assigned customers.
• Prepare customer status reports and maintain project documentation.
