Job summary

Celestica is seeking a detail-oriented professional to coordinate customer orders, track status, and resolve delivery issues. You will interface with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate data and timely reporting.

Responsibilities include maintaining reports, analyzing trends, and supporting costumer requirements in production and logistics processes. A Bachelor's degree and experience with data systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience with manufacturing, scheduling and logistics concepts.
• Understanding of customer contracts and terms.
• Excellent customer contact, negotiation and problem resolution skills.
• Strong presentation, database management and computing skills.
• Ability to use Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint accurately.
• Accurate data entry from source documents into databases.
• Ability to manage multiple detailed projects under deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Participates on a customer focus team and interfaces between customers and the team.
• Receives, reviews and monitors status of customer orders.
• Works with customers to identify and resolve on-time delivery issues.
• Communicates requirements and issues in production meetings.
• Researches issues and coordinates resolution with managers or customers.
• Maintains issues, complaints and corrective action requests for reporting.
• Enters data into databases ensuring root cause is reached and closed.
• Tracks and resolves issues related to monthly management reports.
• Prepares and distributes reports including order status, on-time delivery, and inventory.
