Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participates as a member of a customer focus team interfacing between customers and the team.
• Receives, reviews and monitors status of customer orders.
• Coordinates with internal/external customers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicates requirements in production meetings and tracks issues.
• Researches issues (material, forecast, EDI) and coordinates resolution with managers.
• Maintains issues, complaints and corrective action requests for reports.
• Enters data into databases ensuring root cause resolution.
• Develops and distributes performance reports for internal staff.
• Tracks project and billing status and informs team and customer.
