• Receive, review and monitor status of customer orders.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting on-time delivery with customers.
• Communicate customer requirements in production meetings.
• Research issues and coordinate resolution with managers or customers.
• Maintain issue tracking and reporting for corrective actions.
• Enter data into databases and ensure root cause resolution.
• Troubleshoot return issues.
• Develop and generate performance reports for internal staff.
• Track and report on monthly management metrics and order status.
