Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Customer Operations Manager to serve as the post-sales liaison between manufacturing and our largest North American customers. You will manage purchase orders, production schedules, and delivery coordination to ensure components are integrated smoothly into the customer roadmap.

The role requires collaboration with demand planners, leading quarterly business reviews, and travel to customer sites as needed. Remote work options available depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of post-sales operations, account management, or technical project coordination experience.
• Strong ability to analyze production schedules, POs, and forecasts to identify discrepancies.
• Excellent communication to translate customer needs into manufacturing constraints.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary post-sale liaison with North America customers for daily operations and escalations.
• Lead QBRs to report delivery performance, quality metrics, and roadmap alignment.
• Coordinate with demand planners to translate forecasts into actionable manufacturing data.
• Track open purchase orders and coordinate with manufacturing/logistics to meet on-time delivery.
• Manage hardware defect escalations and RMAs to ensure timely replacements.
