Affirm, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate to resolve escalated customer inquiries across email and occasional calls, while maintaining professionalism and high QA scores.

You will leverage product and financial knowledge to investigate and resolve diverse cases and participate in ongoing training to grow your skills. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-growing, remote-first environment, with opportunities to influence product features and processes.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience interacting with customers in an omnichannel environment (phone, email, chat).
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated customer inquiries via email, with some phone support.
• Maintain professionalism and high QA scores while building rapport with clients.
• Use product and financial knowledge to investigate and resolve issues.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop new skills.
• Identify trends and areas for improvement in coaching, QA, and features.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and cross-functional collaboration.
