Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is hiring an Operations Associate to join our customer operations team. You will resolve escalated inquiries mainly by email, with some phone support, while maintaining professionalism and high QA for clients.

You’ll leverage in-depth product and financial knowledge to investigate and resolve complex issues, participate in training, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and features. Remote-first with flexible in-person onboarding.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
• 1–3 years of customer interactions in an omnichannel environment.
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
• Analytical thinking with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-growth environment.
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong follow-through and prioritization of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated inquiries via email, with occasional phone support.
• Maintain high QA scores and professional rapport with clients.
• Use product and financial knowledge to resolve varied issues.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development.
• Identify trends and opportunities for process/product improvements.
• Assist in incubation of new products and features.
