Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking a Customer Service (Operations) Assistant to support the Customer Operations team, handling orders, data, and reporting for key accounts. Training will occur onsite at Neenah, WI, with a transition to remote or hybrid work after ramp-up.

You will collaborate with Scheduling, Quality, Operations, Sales, and other plant functions, work Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm, and gain exposure to manufacturing processes in a global packaging company.

Qualifications

• Customer service, administrative support, order management, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with orders and data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving with issue investigation.
• Ability to build cross-department relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day support to Customer Operations Representatives across a select group of key and strategic customer accounts.
• Assists with order entry and order management, ensuring information is entered accurately and maintained appropriately.
• Creates and maintains customer status reports, spreadsheets, trackers, and other account documentation.
• Pulls, organizes, and analyzes account and operational data to support customer requests and internal decision-making.
• Investigates order, production, quality, scheduling, and delivery questions by gathering information from appropriate internal teams.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with Scheduling, Quality, Operations, Customer Service, Sales, and plant personnel to resolve issues.
• Maintains accurate customer and order information within applicable systems and ensures documentation is current.
