Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking a multi-site Customer Service (Operations) Assistant to join our team. This role will train onsite at Neenah and Wrightstown facilities, with the opportunity to transition to a remote or hybrid work arrangement after training.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administrative support, or order management.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to Customer Operations Representatives for key accounts.
• Assist with order entry and order management, ensuring accurate data.
• Create and maintain customer status reports, spreadsheets, trackers, and other documentation.
• Pull, organize, and analyze account and operational data to support requests.
• Collaborate with Scheduling, Quality, Operations, Sales and plant personnel to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and order data within systems.
