Job summary

Tekmetric is hiring for a Customer Onboarding-focused role within its marketing product team. You will guide new customers through onboarding, ensuring successful launches and adoption of Tekmetric Marketing capabilities.

Ideally you bring 1–2 years in onboarding or a customer-facing role, enjoy teamwork, and can coordinate across Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to improve the onboarding journey. Remote-friendly with hybrid options available.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in Customer Onboarding or a customer facing function.
• Team player mentality and problem-solving mindset.
• Project management skills with ability to coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Become a Tekmetric Marketing Product Expert and onboard customers.
• Host onboarding calls and ensure customers are set for launch.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Support and Engineering to improve onboarding processes.
