Tekmetric, based in Houston and serving auto repair shops nationwide, invites you to join a team that builds a cloud-based platform helping shops run smarter and grow sustainably. You’ll lead onboarding for Tekmetric Marketing, host group sessions, and partner with Sales, CS, and Engineering to ensure successful launches and lasting customer value.

We value ownership, curiosity, and direct communication. This role supports hybrid and remote work, with travel for team/offsite events to stay

Formación

• 1–2 years of customer onboarding or customer-facing experience.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage projects and communicate clearly with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Become a Tekmetric Marketing Product Expert.
• Develop a deep understanding of the industry and marketing efforts used by shops.
• Host onboarding calls in a group environment and ensure each customer is on track for launch.
• Clearly communicate account setup requirements and expectations.
• Educate customers on Tekmetric Marketing capabilities and best practices to simplify adoption.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring customers receive superior service throughout onboarding.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, operations, support and engineering teams.
• Leverage feedback for continuous improvement to the onboarding process.
