Tekmetric is seeking a Customer Success professional to own the entire onboarding journey for single-location auto repair shops, guiding them from contract signing through the first six months and ensuring tangible value. You’ll be the main liaison, driving adoption and ensuring customers realize measurable outcomes quickly.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Customer Onboarding, Customer Success, or other customer-facing roles.
• Proven project management, communication, and organization skills.
• Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity; Salesforce or automotive experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer journey for single-location auto repair shops from contract signing through the first six months.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, driving product adoption and ensuring customers see real results fast.
