Tekmetric is seeking a Results Manager II to own the full customer journey from contract signing through the first six months on the platform. You’ll be the primary contact for single-location auto repair shops, driving activation and retention from go-live onward.

You’ll build strong relationships, lead onboarding calls and trainings, and collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product to resolve issues and drive adoption. This role offers hybrid/remote work options and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years in customer onboarding or customer success roles.
• Project management: manage concurrent onboarding timelines and milestones.
• Communication: lead customer-facing calls with clarity.
• Organization: maintain documentation throughout onboarding lifecycle.
• Adaptability: thrive in ambiguity and changing priorities.
• CRM tools like Salesforce familiarity is a plus.
• Automotive industry knowledge is appreciated, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Become a Tekmetric Product Expert.
• Guide new SMB 1 shops through onboarding from contract close to go-live.
• Build relationships with shop owners as primary point of contact.
• Lead all calls and hands-on training sessions to ensure adoption.
• Monitor customer product usage to improve key metrics.
• Own customer risks and escalations as first line of defense.
• Document activity and progress throughout the journey.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product to handle feedback and de-escalate when needed.
• Reinforce Tekmetric as the industry standard for customer service.
