Qualifications

• Requires RN, NP, or PA licensure and clinical education leadership experience.
• Experience leading training programs and managing clinical educators.
• Experience in medical devices, aesthetics, or healthcare technology is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across clinical, commercial, and executive teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute clinical education programs for new and existing customers.
• Design onboarding pathways promoting proficiency and adoption of company technologies.
• Lead creation and improvement of educational materials, training resources, and assessments.
• Coordinate training operations, scheduling, and deployment across customer sites.
• Travel up to 30% to support customers, training events, and initiatives.
• Partner with healthcare providers to improve clinical utilization and workflow integration.
• Support field teams with clinical guidance and best-practice recommendations.
• Act as strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Customer Success.
• Analyze data to measure program success and drive continuous improvements.
