Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a Customer Experience Center specialist to act as the main point of contact for customer visits, coordinating demonstrations and on-site experiences across North America. You will ensure CX space readiness, collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams, and manage shipments for events.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a life sciences or related field, with >5 years in bioprocessing and strong presentation and organizational skills. Travel <10%. Eligible for bonus with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in bioprocessing workflows including upstream, downstream, and analytical/QA processes (>5 years).
• Strong interpersonal communication and ability to present to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer visits with prepared presentations and onsite coordination.
• Support Customer Experience Center operations to be brand-aligned and engaging.
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and workflows with Marketing, Sales, PM, Applications and others.
• Manage Marketing Demo logistics including inventory, shipments, and event support in North America.
• Collect feedback and visit metrics to drive continuous improvement.
