HomeWorks Energy is seeking a dependable, customer-focused, and technology-savvy Customer Intake Associate (CIA) to join our Internal Operations team in a remote capacity.

This fast-paced, high-volume role blends inbound and outbound calls, intake qualification, appointment scheduling, lead outreach, and administrative work, requiring strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to work independently in a metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in a high-volume customer service, call center, scheduling, intake, or similar environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Excellent verbal, written, and active-listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound customer calls and provide professional, accurate service.
• Make outbound calls to leads, referrals, and follow-up on customers.
• Educate customers about programs, eligibility, services, and next steps.
• Collect and verify customer, property, utility, and other information.
• Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule energy assessment appointments.
