Stadium is seeking an Integration Specialist to act as the technical bridge between customers and internal Product, Engineering, QA, and Customer Experience teams.

You will own integration-related queries end-to-end, translate requirements into actionable steps, and troubleshoot issues with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential, with a focus on delivering clear, customer-friendly solutions.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. preferred in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in SaaS, technical support, integrations, or customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Own integration-related customer queries end-to-end from acknowledgement to resolution.
• Translate customer requirements into technical requirements and actionable steps.
• Troubleshoot integration and product issues and identify root causes and workarounds.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, QA, and Customer Experience teams to resolve issues.
• Create and track internal tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Test fixes before communicating resolution to customers.
