Centerfield is seeking a Technical Operations Specialist to own end-to-end integration setup, onboarding, troubleshooting, and launch validation for our Insurance program. You’ll bridge external partners and internal teams, translating technical concepts and resolving most integration questions independently.

You’ll manage onboarding, provide API support, and conduct QA reviews to minimize escalations. This role emphasizes organization, API/XML fluency, and proactive documentation.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience working directly with external technical partners or clients.
• Comfortable reading API documentation and XML/JSON.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
• Ability to translate technical findings into clear guidance for partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding for new media and client partners, managing setup from initial configuration through launch.
• Provide hands-on API and integration support, including XML payload validation, postback URL configuration, and troubleshooting data flow issues.
• Conduct thorough QA and launch readiness reviews to ensure all integrations are accurate and functional before go-live.
• Serve as the first line of technical support for Datalot partners and sources, resolving configuration, API, and data formatting issues without requiring engineering escalation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot integration failures systematically and communicate findings to partners.
