Job summary

Jerry.ai is hiring for a Customer Operations teammate to take great care of our customers as we build the first AI-powered advisor to manage all your assets—car, home, and more. This fully remote role offers a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and equity opportunities as we scale.

You’ll handle inbound policyholder requests, troubleshoot, and learn the product inside out to guide customers to the right solution and improve the service experience across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus.
• Friendly and positive attitude with a team spirit.
• Strong work ethic and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Taking great care of our customers by addressing explicit needs and uncovering implied concerns.
• Answering inbound calls from policyholders needing changes.
• Learning the product deeply to match customers with the right insurance solutions.
• Problem solving to resolve inquiries effectively.
• Processing service requests for vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
• Providing feedback to improve the product and service quality.
