Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
• Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team.
• Strong work ethic and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Taking great care of our customers and catching needs customers didn’t know to ask about.
• Answering inbound calls from policyholders who need changes.
• Getting deep on the product and using knowledge to match customers with the right options.
• Problem solving to resolve inquiries effectively.
• Processing service requests – vehicles, drivers, lienholders, policy documents.
• Providing feedback to improve the product based on customer input.
