Job summary

Greenix Pest Control and Exterminator Services is seeking a customer experience call center specialist to provide exceptional service to customers and field service professionals. This remote role focuses on answering inquiries, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.

You will work across voice, SMS, and email channels, adhere to KPIs, and use CRM and call center tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Strong communication skills essential.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound customer inquiries with accurate, timely information.
• Identify and own customer issues to resolution.
• Collaborate with scheduling, sales, and billing to resolve issues promptly.
• Utilize customer feedback to improve service and resolve concerns.
• Meet KPIs such as average handle time and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
• Use call center tech including phone systems, call recording, and CRM software.
• Deliver support to customers in the queue for the majority of the shift (80–85%).
• Engage with customers via voice, SMS, and email for a seamless experience.
• webcam training and coaching sessions are encouraged.
