You will interact with customers and prospects, provide pricing information, and coordinate with technicians to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software.
• Ability to use telephone features and software for service scheduling and billing questions.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer experiences that encourage continued use of HomeTeam Pest Defense services.
• Answer questions, resolve issues, provide pricing information, and schedule services.
• Interact with customers and prospects using Route Point software to book or adjust services.
• Reconcile payments and address invoice/billing questions.
• Maintain and update customer files and ensure accurate technician paperwork.
