Green Pest Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and maintain records in our database. This full-time, in-person role requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will learn about our pest control products and services through on-the-job training and be evaluated against CSAT and call quality metrics. A commitment to reliable, friendly service is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills through verbal, written and in person.
• Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.
• Strong organizational, time management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Creative, patient and compassionate to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Self-motivated.

Responsabilités

• Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries.
• Document call details clearly and thoroughly in our database.
• Respond to routine customer questions and concerns promptly as needed.
• Identify and assess customer inquiries to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Education and Training provided on-the-job.
• Maintain an efficient calendar of day-to-day activities.
• Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products, processes, and services.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as: Call handling and availability; Quality assurance scores; Customer satisfaction (CSAT).
• All duties for Customer Service Representative assigned by management.
