Job summary

Traveling with Mich is seeking a friendly, professional Customer Service Representative to join our remote-first team. You will assist customers with questions, reservations, and general support while upholding a professional and helpful demeanor.

You will respond via phone, email, chat, and other channels, provide accurate information, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, travel, or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional and friendly attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and helpful when handling difficult situations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
