Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Customer Experience (CX) Mobilization - PM/BA to drive client-focused CX outcomes remotely from the U.S. This role emphasizes non-technical project management, requirements, and stakeholder collaboration for CX launches and processes.

You will partner with the CX DDI Mobilization team to position the PM function for client contact center launches, coordinating with stakeholders and leaders while maintaining strict attention to detail and compelling

Qualifications

• 3 years Contact Center launch and/or operational exposure.
• 3 years PM artifacts: Project Plan/Workplan, Workbook, RACI, DAIR, validating cost model/financials, CX templates; manage scope, risks, assumptions, stakeholders, RTM.
• 5 years BA experience eliciting, drafting/documenting, validating requirements through client-facing Sessions (RVS).
• 5 or more years Medicaid experience with NASPO, Provider, Claims, Encounters and Financials (CEF), Pharmacy Benefits.
• Flexible, adaptable, self-starter, teamplayer, creative thinker, strong attention to detail.
• Experience managing risk, effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills for leaders, clients and stakeholders.
• Support RFP, Solutioning, Proposal and Demo Process to create CX Reports (Feedback Survey, inSight Reports, etc.).
• Experience with data administration, repository management, database creation techniques, and data warehousing standards.

Responsibilities

• Be a knowledgeable bridge between stakeholders, project managers and clients.
• Verify CX-specific requirements are correctly identified and documented; detail how requirements are met and capture impacts, timelines, risks and issues.
• Analyze, plan, outline, document or recommend improvements to business processes to support CX goals.
• Project strong professional presence and communication to deliver messages to business leaders and clients.
• Motivate others to action and communicate key business ideas clearly.
