Job summary

Gainwell Technologies seeks a CX Solution Consultant to partner with sales, product, and delivery teams to design and position customer experience solutions that deliver measurable business impact. You will bridge business needs with technology, shaping modern CX strategies and scalable architectures.

In this role you will lead discovery sessions, craft end-to-end CX designs, and support RFP responses while collaborating across product, engineering, and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of CX, consulting, pre-sales, or solution architecture experience.
• Strong knowledge of customer journey mapping, VoC, and CX metrics (SLA, CSAT, NPS, CES).
• Experience with Medicaid or Commercial MCO systems and platforms.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear CX business value.
• Excellent presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise clients and complex solution sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to understand client needs, pain points, and objectives.
• Design and present end-to-end CX solutions and service models.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and solution demonstrations.
• Translate business requirements into functional CX designs.
• Develop proposals, architectures, and value narratives.
• Support RFP/RFI responses with CX strategy and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery to ensure feasibility.
• Provide thought leadership on CX trends and technologies.
• Contribute to GTM strategies and reusable assets.
• Support transition from sales to delivery with clear intent.
