Job summary

Gainwell Technologies in the United States is seeking an Engagement Lead to steer complex client implementations through global delivery networks, with emphasis on quality and outcomes. You will partner with senior stakeholders, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and coordinate cross-functional teams across business and IT, including regulated Medicaid programs, to deliver on contractual commitments.

This role is remote with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred or equivalent combination.
• 15+ years in client delivery or program leadership.
• 5+ years in supervisory or senior delivery roles.
• Experience with Medicaid Enterprise programs or similar regulatory programs.
• Experience managing budgets, staffing, and risk.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with executives.
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and high-visibility situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client implementations from initiation to go-live and stabilization.
• Apply delivery model and governance practices to improve performance.
• Serve as single accountability for program outcomes including scope, schedule, budget, quality.
• Build senior-level client relationships with transparent communication.
• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple functions.
• Oversee delivery across Business and IT Services coordinating teams and partners.
• Establish program governance and RAID management.
• Escalate and drive timely resolution of risks and issues.
• Review and approve schedules, staffing, and financial forecasts.
• Ensure changes include impact analysis before approval.
• Drive readiness for milestones from kickoff to stabilization.
