Job summary

Bennie is seeking a Customer Experience Manager for the East Region. This remote-first role focuses on driving customer satisfaction, retention, and successful delivery of benefits strategies for a defined book of business.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in benefit account management, licenses in Life & Health insurance, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver consulting services to Bennie’s customers.

Qualifications

• 3 years of benefit account management experience in a complex book of business.
• Knowledge of benefits and renewal workflow management to service large clients.
• Life & Health Producer’s License is required.
• MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the service relationship and strategy for assigned customers.
• Support execution of the annual customer account plan for all assigned customers.
• Collaborate with the consulting delivery team to develop key deliverables.
• Partner with sales, data operations, and product to improve operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and educate customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and Bennie teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
