Bennie is a remote-first benefits technology company revolutionizing how employers manage health plans. We are seeking an Account Executive to drive new business on the West Coast, owning the sales cycle from prospecting to close with support from our team and partners.

You will engage prospects, present solutions, and build lasting relationships while meeting revenue targets in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the benefits market and ability to discuss health programs with large groups.
• Licensed in Life and Health Insurance or willing to obtain licensure.
• Proven ability to forecast and hit revenue targets.
• Desire to work in a startup, work-from-home setting, and adapt to new initiatives.
• CRM experience and comfort with sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Source and close new clients in the West Coast region.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with internal support.
• Build relationships with prospects, consultants, and partners.
• Prepare and present marketing analyses, recommendations, and product demos.
• Maintain pipeline and capture data in Salesforce; attend events and trade shows.
