Job summary

Alpine Home Air Products is hiring Call Center Project Coordinators to own the initial customer intake and early experience. You will guide customers through their first interactions, using internal tools and AI-assisted workflows to move them toward the right next step with clarity and minimal friction.

This role blends live customer engagement with process thinking, shaping how customers experience Alpine while contributing to ongoing improvements in systems, SOPs, and handoffs across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer operations, intake, or coordination roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers across phone and chat
• Guide customers toward the right next step with minimal friction
• Ask thoughtful questions to clarify goals and constraints
• Resolve simple issues to reduce transfers
• Apply SOPs and workflow logic in real-world scenarios
• Use AI-assisted intake and routing tools as decision support
• Set customers and downstream teams up for success through clear documentation
• Maintain clean data in internal systems
• Provide feedback on workflows and flag gaps or edge cases
• Handle high volumes with accuracy and professionalism
