Mobile Communications America, Inc. in Charlotte, NC seeks a Customer Experience Specialist to support our Data Division and Network Services team. You will engage with customers, promote maintenance contracts, and coordinate renewals and invoicing while collaborating with Sales.

The role requires excellent communication, CRM proficiency, and cross-functional teamwork to drive revenue through upsells and renewals. Strong Excel/office tool skills are preferred for data updates and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5 years of full-time experience directly supporting customer engagements in sales or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience with CRM and database updates.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to deliver best-in-class experiences.
• Promote and sell maintenance contracts for products/services.
• Upsell renewals and coordinate invoicing and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop strategies and hit targets.
• Prepare and negotiate service contracts to meet needs.
• Manage contract renewals and ensure accurate data in CRM.
• Present health KPI reports and identify improvement opportunities.
