Job summary

Mobile Communications America (MCA) seeks an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to support our Data Division, specifically the Network Services team. You will engage customers, upsell maintenance contracts, and coordinate with Sales to meet targets.

Qualifications

5 years of full-time experience in sales, in-side sales, or customer-facing roles.
Working knowledge of wireless services including maintenance, RF testing, emergency response and repair.
Outstanding customer focus with excellent verbal and written communication in English.
High competency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
Team player with ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

Engage customers to create a best-in-class experience and turn them into MCA fans.
Promote and sell maintenance contracts for MCA products/services.
Develop and maintain relationships to upsell contracts and renewals including invoicing.
Collaborate with sales to develop strategies and meet targets.
Prepare and negotiate contracts ensuring terms meet company and customer needs.
Manage service contract renewals through invoicing and processes.
Coordinate with NOC, Field Services, and Customer Experience teams for delivery and support.
Maintain accurate data in CRM and systems per data standards.
Present KPI reports and identify gaps to improve reporting and grow accounts.
Conduct periodic service and network-performance reviews with customers.
