Responsibilities

• Taking great care of our customers and catching issues customers didn’t know to ask about
• Answering inbound calls from policyholders who need changes
• Deep product knowledge across many insurers to match customers with the right option
• Problem solving to resolve inquiries effectively
• Processing service requests — vehicles, drivers, lienholders, policy documents
• Providing feedback to improve the product; suggestions ship quickly
