Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS for our branch in the United States. This role focuses on acting as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, retaining and growing consumer and business relationships, and proactively identifying financial goals to tailor deposit and other banking products.

Strong emphasis on service, accuracy in transactions, and daily balance maintenance will be critical.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role, or a Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, outbound calling, and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build partnerships.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
