Job summary

Huntington National Bank in Ohio is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to act as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, retaining and growing relationships by identifying goals and recommending deposit and other banking products.

You will process transactions accurately, balance daily, provide exemplary service, and educate customers on mobile and online banking, while adhering to risk and regulatory policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum 1 year of customer service or related experience.
• 1+ year in customer service in banking or financial services.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with mobile and online banking tech.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow relationships through a disciplined sales process.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
