Job summary

Huntington National Bank in Ohio is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will help customers achieve financial goals, balance daily transactions, and provide exemplary service.

You will proactively identify opportunities to grow relationships, educate customers on deposit products, and refer them to other areas of the bank while complying with policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service or equivalent.
• Experience banking or financial services is preferred.
• Comfort with technology and digital banking tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
