Job summary

The Huntington Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS in Columbus, OH to serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers. You will retain and grow relationships by identifying goals and recommending deposits and banking products, while processing transactions accurately and balancing daily activity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 1 year of customer service or similar role, or a Bachelor's degree.
• 1 year+ customer service in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail sales preferred.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, follow-up, outbound calls, and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, and banking.
