Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge, helping them meet financial goals by proposing appropriate deposit products and services. You will process transactions accurately and maintain daily balances while delivering exemplary service.

Your role involves educating customers, expanding relationships through proactive outreach, and coordinating with other bank areas to provide a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and minimum 1 year of customer service or relevant military service; or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred: 1 year+ in customer service in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling and comfort with technology (mobile/online banking) helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a structured sales process and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
