The Customer Engagement team nurtures leads and sets qualified discovery calls that ultimately drive new business and revenue.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and possess excellent writing skills.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to grasp basic technical concepts.
• Strong listening/communication skills and ability to adjust communication style to target audience.
• Able to connect with audience via phone and video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through outbound phone and email prospecting.
• Work closely with Marketing to qualify inbound leads.
• Qualify leads using Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
• Uncover prospect needs, generate interest, and forward to sales when qualified.
• Manage lead flow in Salesforce and track qualified leads through Sales acceptance.
