Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 0–2 years contact center or high-volume data entry experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with transportation questions and concerns.
• Schedule, modify, and cancel reservations as requested.
• Document details of customer complaints accurately.
• Maintain accurate trip data entry and documentation.
• Attend required meetings and adhere to policies.
• Support a 24/7/365 contact center with holiday coverage.
