Kobie is hiring for a remote Customer Care role based in the United States. The team delivers loyalty solutions and uses AI-powered tools to enhance service.

The position requires you to reside in Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Tennessee, or Texas and to work full-time with set shifts after training. Starting pay is $17/hour with potential to earn up to $350/month in performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Completion of a 6-week remote Training Program with full attendance and engagement.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor in all forms of communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and inquiries with professionalism.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach and adhere to client guidelines.
• Take ownership of customer issues and work toward timely resolutions.
• Utilize internal systems and tools to deliver fast, accurate service.
• Escalate unresolved issues per established procedures and provide feedback to improve interactions.
