MTM Health is seeking a Remote Customer Care Representative in New Mexico. The role handles inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, working from a quiet home office with reliable high-speed internet. Expect 60–80 calls daily, with higher volumes on Mondays.

Must reside in New Mexico and have call center and customer service experience. The position offers an hourly rate of $16.50 and a supportive, inclusive team culture focused on removing barriers to care and delivering excellent

Qualifications

• 1 year of Call Center experience.
• 6 months Customer Service experience.
• Basic typing/computer experience with navigational skills.
• High-speed Internet with minimum 3 Mbps upload and 30 Mbps download.
• A quiet home workspace free of distractions.
