Sparklight, a Cable One brand, is hiring a Customer Care and Sales Advisor I to support customers with billing questions, service scheduling, and product changes. You will listen, ask questions, and guide solutions while balancing service and entry-level sales.

In this role, you’ll handle inbound inquiries, follow scripts for consistent communication, and grow into more complex cases while protecting relationships and driving retention.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to ask fact-finding questions to identify solutions.
• Demonstrated patience and professionalism in customer interactions.
• Working knowledge of Cable One products and services.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to stay composed in high-pressure situations.
• May be required to lift up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply retention sales and customer care concepts.
• Perform entry-level sales and support tasks in region.
• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone or ticketing systems.
• Listen actively to understand customer needs with empathy.
• Handle a variety of duties and meet sales activity goals.
• Follow company scripts to ensure consistent communication.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
