Sparklight, a Cable One brand, seeks an in-office Customer Care and Sales Advisor I to assist customers with billing questions, scheduling, and product changes. You’ll build trust through empathetic communication and grow into handling more complex retention issues.

As you advance, you’ll retain customers at risk of disconnect and match needs with Sparklight products and services while meeting sales targets and following approved scripts.

Qualifikationen

• Active listening to identify customer needs and issues.
• Clear communication to explain billing, services, and changes.
• Empathy and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Knowledge of Cable One products and services to upsell where appropriate.
• Ability to ask targeted questions to identify solutions.

• Learn and apply Retention Sales and Customer Care concepts, procedures, and methodologies.
• Perform entry-level sales and support tasks within a designated region or business area.
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone or ticketing systems, providing personalized communication.
• Actively listen and ask questions to understand customer needs, showing empathy and respect.
• Handle duties including disconnect requests, billing info, and scheduling service appointments.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals.
