Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Retention Sales and Customer Care concepts.
• Perform entry-level sales and support tasks within a designated region.
• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone or ticketing systems with personalized communication.
• Listen actively to understand customer needs and show empathy.
• Handle actions to disconnect, billing inquiries, scheduling, and product changes.
• Use telephone-based selling to build rapport, upsell services, and input orders.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals.
• Follow approved scripts for consistent messaging.
