Sparklight, a Cable One brand, is seeking a Customer Care and Sales Advisor I to be the friendly voice guiding customers through billing questions, service scheduling and product changes. You will listen, explain options, and build trust while solving routine issues.

As you grow, you’ll handle more complex scenarios, retain customers considering disconnecting, upsell services, and input orders accurately. The role blends service and sales, with scripts and teamwork that support customer

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to ask fact-finding questions to identify solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Demonstrated patience and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Working knowledge of Cable One products and services.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone or ticketing systems.
• Listen actively and ask questions to understand customer needs.
• Assist with billing questions, scheduling service, or product changes.
• Retain customers considering disconnecting and upsell services.
• Input orders accurately and follow company scripts.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
