Job summary

MTM Health is seeking a Customer Care Representative for a remote position in New Mexico. You will be the frontline voice for Members, Clients and Facilities, handling inbound calls and delivering courteous, accurate information while gradually taking on more complex tasks.

Qualifications include 1 year in a call center and 6 months in customer service, plus basic typing and reliable high-speed Internet. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Call Center experience.
• 6 months Customer Service experience.
• Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills.
• High speed Internet access (minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps and minimum download speed of 30 Mbps).

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities.
• The role will increase in complexity as skills progress.
• Provide courteous, accurate information and support to MTM Health customers.

Position Title: Customer Care Representative

Location: Remote New Mexico

Hourly Rate: $16.50

The Customer Care Representative is the frontline representative and image of MTM Health. The Customer Care Representative will handle a variety of tasks which will increase in complexity as the Customer Care Representative’s skills progress, but will consist primarily of handling inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities. All you need for the Customer Care Representative role is:

• 1 year of Call Center experience
• 6 months Customer Service experience
• Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
• High speed Internet access such as Cable, DSL or Fiber (a minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and a minimum download speed of 30 mbps).
