Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or order management.
• Promotional product or ecommerce background preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft and Google applications.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer problems and shipping discrepancies with same-day solutions.
• Communicate proactively to prevent order issues before they occur.
• Build positive relationships with sales partners through proactive support and personal attention.
• Perform duties as assigned by the President/Manager.
• Review submitted orders for accuracy, completeness and delivery timelines.
• Create and send purchase orders and artwork to vendors.
