Qualifications

• 1-year related customer service experience.
• Preferred health care or laboratory related experience.
• Ability to handle routine health-related inquiries with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned client group(s) performing routine health-related customer care activities.
• Make routine outbound calls following scripts and procedures.
• Maintain complete confidentiality of health and personal information.
• Provide professional, respectful customer service with empathy when delivering sensitive health information.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, fax, email, chat regarding patient results and services.
• Support client group(s) based on business needs.
