Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Inc. in Lenexa, KS, is seeking a Referral Representative I to handle internal and external customer contact for Referral Testing. You will receive and resolve complex issues, act as a liaison with referral vendors, and ensure proper specimen handling and reporting.

The position runs Tuesday to Saturday, 1:30 AM to 10:00 AM. We offer competitive pay starting at $17.20 per hour with potential shift differentials and annual performance bonus consideration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years clinical laboratory experience.
• Customer service and/or medical background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve, sort and process specimens for shipment to referral laboratories.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding reporting of results and quality issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Report laboratory results using established protocols and standards.
